STRENGTHENING MADRASAH LITERACY THROUGH CHANGE MANAGEMENT TYAGI'S MODEL

This study aims to understand the strengthening of madrasa literacy through managing change in Tyagi model at MTs Negeri 1 Probolinggo. research uses a qualitative approach with type case study, where researcher interviews, observations, and documentation obtain accurate valid data. The data analysis an interactive analytical from Miles Huberman, including collection, reduction, presentation, concluding. results showed that management changes Probolinggo was carried out through; 1) power change, 2) Recognizing identifying problems, 3) problem-solving process, 4) Implementation 5) monitoring, evaluating measuring change. has implications for importance culture madrasas realizing their vision mission, so they must be managed planned systematic manner.
